  • Shipping

    We currently only ship to the U.S. You will receive a confirmation email for your order within 48hrs. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email/text with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • How are shipping costs determined?

    By weight.

  • How do I get free shipping?

    All orders $150 or more receive free shipping.

  •  What do I do if I need my package by a specific date?

    We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

  •  How long should I expect to wait for my order?

    You will receive an email with your shipment tracking number so you can track your package.

  • How will I know when my order has shipped?

    We will email/text your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Do you offer same day delivery?

    Not at this time.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    We are a small batch, artisanal lab and do not have the large warehouse abilities to accept and refund returns on opened items. As we grow we will revisit this policy. Once we have the capability to offer a more streamlined return system, we will adjust our policy. If you have received the wrong items or broken items, please contact us here.

  • Orders

    Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed/texted to you once it has been processed. We do not ship or process on weekends or US holidays. For questions about your order, send your inquiry by filling out this form. W e will respond to you as soon as we can.

  •  What forms of payment do you accept?

    No electronic or mailed checks are accepted.

  • What do I do if my payment is declined?

    Please contact your bank or card company or try another type of payment.

  •  Do you offer samples?

    No, but we do have a rewards program (insert link to account sign up here)

  • Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

    There are no edits available once your order has been placed.

  • How do I purchase gift cards?

    Yes (insert link to our gift card page)

  • How do I redeem a gift card or promo code?

    Once you go to check out, there will be a section just before the total where you can type in the gift card number or promo code. The discount will automatically calculate in the grand total amount.

  • Can I redeem multiple codes at once?

    You can use a gift card with one promo code. Only one promo code will be accepted per order.

  • Can I use my discount on any item?

    All discount promo codes are accepted on all full price items. Discounted or subscription items are not applicable with any promotional discount with any promotional discount other then first time order discount offers.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    This depends on your bank but this can take 24-72 hours to show up.

  • What should I do if my order isn’t accurate?

  • What if my order arrives damaged?
